Residents of Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional fee(depending on weight) for shipping and handling. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands. DELIVERY PROCESS Delivery is based on availability of items. Please allow 7 to 10 working days(not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.

OUT OF STOCK/SUBSTITUTION POLICY If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you. If we don't think we can fill the order within 30 days, we'll ask if you still want the item when it becomes available. In some cases, we may offer a substitute of equal or greater value at the same price as your original order.If a substitute is not available and additional stock cannot be obtained, we will let you know that we will cancel your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities to properly serve all our customers.

RETURNS Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN RE-SELLABLE AND IN NEW CONDITION. USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Defective items or items sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full, not including shipping fee. Returns after the 15 day return period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and no returns will be accepted after 30 days. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT PRE-PAID AND INSURED FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
