Residents of Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional fee(depending on weight) for shipping and handling. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands. DELIVERY PROCESS Delivery is based on availability of items. Please allow 7 to 10 working days(not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.
OUT OF STOCK/SUBSTITUTION POLICY If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you. If we don't think we can fill the order within 30 days, we'll ask if you still want the item when it becomes available.
